Who we are?We are a team of creatives, therapists, and therapeutic art practitioners dedicated to providing therapeutic arts interventions in Jersey.What we doWe create and facilitate bespoke therapeutic interventions using creative arts including movement, drama, music, poetry and art to enable individuals to express and process emotions. We partner with charities, schools, and organisations, working with those who are affected by trauma. We also offer wellbeing sessions to frontline staff and corporates.How we do itWe offer group work programmes to all client groups; and one-to-one sessions for children and young people. We provide both short- and longer-term interventions. By providing a safe place, participants can express their feelings, hope, joys and fears. We have a great team of experienced practitioners, and we ensure that each of our workshops are person-centred to facilitate each unique journey of self-discovery.We work with accredited clinical supervisors to ensure the highest quality therapeutic work is provided.
