Hello, I am Brian an Irish physiotherapist living in Sunny Scotland. I've recently realised my exercise experiments have been an attempt to heal my ADHD and balance my nervous system from all life's traumas and stresses. I love all things movement, balance and rhythm. I am very passionate about connection, vulnerability, prayer, somatic embodiment and truth.I believe that to really experience life fully we need to get into our bodies and our emotions. In a world that numbs, distracts and addicts us, it's a radical act to show up and feel things. I believe sensitivity is a superpower. Somatic work, dance, rope flow and many other things have inspired my healing journey. Noting has helped more than prayer and releasing messy emotions. The body is innately intelligent and designed by God to heal anything. I hope through movement, connection and safe spaces we can play have fun and challenge and heal community together.
