Hi, I'm Kerry, a trauma-informed Mindfulness Teacher and Meditation Coach with a passion for integrative, mind-body-spirit wellbeing. My work weaves the wisdom of ancient traditions with modern science, blending mindful self-enquiry, polyvagal-informed somatic awareness, breathwork, visualisation, and body-based nervous system regulation practices. My sessions explore how we can use mindfulness to become a compassionate observer of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, cultivating awareness not only for greater peace, but to reveal subconscious patterns for self-discovery and personal growth.
