We provide a warm welcome, support in finding the therapist that is right for you and help for every step of the way.We have a large team of therapists, comprising qualified counsellors and counsellors who are in training.You may contact us in confidence via phone or text or through one of our online forms. One of our assessors will review any information you’ve provided and match you with a suitable therapist or arrange an initial meeting with you in person or online to obtain further information. We then make arrangements for you to meet with your therapist so that your therapy can begin. Your assessor will remain available to you if you have any questions or concerns at any stage during the process.Our therapists work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, compulsive behaviours, anger, phobias and stress. Our team uses different modalities including CBT, person-centred therapy, integrative methods and Transactional Analysis.If we are unable to provide help for a specific issue, we will draw on our network of associates to signpost you to services that may be able to assist.In addition to meeting with people in person at The Old Bank in Hampden Park, we are able to offer sessions online.
