At Boundless Breath, we offer a full range of workshop for trauma release and system re-balancing as well as breath retraining programs for adults and kids. Our workshops range from a weekly reset using energising or relaxing breathwork to a powerful Breakthrough Breathwork session for trauma release. Our Breath retraining programs include education around proper breathing and simple processes to improve the functionality of your breathing and take control of your breath for improvements in health and sports performance.Brad Levey is the founder of Boundless Breath – Brad is a Master Breathwork instructor with training through Breathless and Oxygen Advantage, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner / Coach, and Energy healer. Brad has a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves and creating spaces where people can heal.Brad discovered the true power of the breath when he was going through his own life journey and is committed to helping others find the power of their breath. Brad has a kind, heartwarming nature and has worked in a healing space as a coach, hypnotherapist and breathwork practitioner since 2020.
