Hi -Thank you for stopping by! Let me tell you a little about me, your host of these amazing sound bath events!I have been involved in the healing arts and spirituality for over 20 years.I discovered my spiritual gifts and passion for healing after recovering from severe anxiety back in the 2012( but I always had generalized anxiety from the age of 18). When traditional medication did not work for me and I explored Homeopathy, Holistic Nutrition, Reiki , Bodytalk & Yoga. I was seeing the amazing results from these modalities and I knew I wanted to help others heal and balance their energy. So they to can live their life in harmony.I am now certified as a Reiki Master-Teacher, Sound Practitioner, Breathwork Practitioner, Yoga Teacher 500 hour student and have always been an Intuitive reader.As I work energetically with clients, I connect with them deeply, and allow my intuition to guide me to the right modalities or “tools” that will help them the most. I have a heart-centered approach that comes from a place of deep empathy and caring. My first aim is to assist my clients with the releasing and balancing of trapped energies so that the new may come in. Old limiting mindsets and emotional/physical patterns start to shift allowing for greater balance in energy of the body, mind & spirit.
