Chartered Clinical Psychologist | Certified MBSR TeacherDr Sheena Burke is a clinical psychologist and certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with over 30 years’ experience in psychology and education. She founded Discovering Mindfulness in 2014 to share the benefits of mindfulness for managing stress, anxiety, and burnout. She follows the good practice guidelines for teaching mindfulness as a certified MBSR teacher member of the Mindfulness Teachers' Association of Ireland (www.mtai.ie).Drawing on her own healing journey and decades of professional work, Sheena creates a warm, grounded space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and live with greater ease. Based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, she offers mindfulness courses, workshops, therapy, and outdoor practices.
