I am a distinguished movement artist based in India, specializing in hosting a diverse array of events encompassing various yoga practices, contemporary movement and yoga, dance movement therapy sessions, and meditation workshops. I have had the privilege of leading yoga sessions in both India and Lisbon, bringing a unique blend of cultural insights and expertise to my practice.
