The Oxford Insight Meditation Retreats team organise a programme of silent day retreats led by experienced teachers that offer an opportunity to explore both sitting and movement meditation practices in a supportive environment. Retreats are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience of meditation, unless otherwise indicated.
