Growing up in the suburbs just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, with my hand on the ballet barre, I developed a lifelong love for movement and wellness. This passion has guided my journey ever since. I am a Master Trainer for Pure Barre Corporate and a Transformational Coach. With over 30 years of experience teaching and training, I thrive on sharing my passion for healing and personal growth with others.Early mindset shifts profoundly shaped my path, inspiring me to curate an expansive toolbox of healing modalities that I now share with the world. I am a certified practitioner in Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Reiki, Meditation, and Sound Healing. My mission is to help others transform their inner space into a healthier, more harmonious place, grounded in the belief that our breath is one of the most powerful medicines we possess.Through my teachings, I encourage individuals to show up fully, stand tall in their truth, speak with purpose, and take ownership of the incredible gift of life.
