It is a space where you are invited to come as you are, to be held in compassion, and to reconnect with the quiet truth that lives within you.Through my embodiment classes, I guide and support you through gentle body led, slow movement designed to release tension, cultivate peace, and awaken awareness. This practice isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less so you can hear what your body has always known.
