We're evolving into a hub where you can find everything you need to deepen your meditation practice: a supportive community, healthy accountability, and instruction from world-class teachers.We've welcomed guest speakers ranging from a Tibetan Buddhist master, to a Harvard neuroscientist, to meditation legends Sharon Salzberg and Joseph Goldstein.Everything we do is free and donation-based.
