I have been teaching yoga for over a decade, have built yoga communities in different countries, and led yoga retreats around the globe.I have a passion for simplicity, safe and sustainable alignment, and helping each person get the most out of every pose. Being a human is tough and right now, we all need to step away from the devices that we're constantly connected to and practice a different type of connection: with our body, breath, and brain.
