We aim to help and support one another through life's difficult moments. We feel that one of the best forms of therapy is simply speaking. Peer-to-peer support is a format that The New Normal Charity has proudly adopted from its inception. We have been helping people through life's difficult moments for over three years now- facilitating conversations between individuals who find themselves in very similar positions. We aim to ensure that no one feels alone or isolated, no matter what they are going through.
