Dr. Prashanth transitioned into property management, joining Lot 10 Shopping Centre and Starhill Gallery as Deputy Operations Manager. There, he ignited his passion for facility management, establishing the first OSHA Committee at Lot 10, conducting comprehensive HIRARC assessments, and organizing numerous fire drills. His dedication to the field was further solidified upon completing his MBA in 2016. At Icon City, a mixed development in Petaling Jaya, PMgr.
