I, Rani Wemel, used to be a former law lecturer, and am now a renowned innovator and leader in the Ed-Tech industry. In 2003, I began teaching English via SMS on my Nokia phone and have since revolutionized digital learning. I head a successful digital knowledge curation business. My platforms have won numerous awards globally and we have received recognitions from the United Nations and OECD too. I am among one of 100 Women Founders of the AWS Women Founders Program 2023. I was Asia's Inspirational Female Business Leader and am a recipient of the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award for my work in the field of Global Mobile Learning and Edutainment Services. I serve as a mentor with the Cherrie Blair Foundation, UK and Talent Corp Malaysia. I have always believed in matching a passion for profit with deep compassion for the community and am dedicated to empowering women, youth, people with special needs, and refugees by providing access to quality upskilling opportunities locally and globally.
