There's nothing quite like attending a top-notch real estate mastermind event. You know, the kind where you walk away with pages full of tactical plans for your business, fresh insights into technology, shifts in mindset, and a bunch of new friends.However, there was a bit of a challenge for us. As moms, wildlife rehabbers, team leaders, and real estate agents, traveling by plane to distant locations for these conferences, while enjoyable, was quite demanding. Spending two days on each end of a 3-4 day conference was taking a toll.But then we realized something. The Southeast is home to many productive agents. In our core group alone, we have remarkable individuals like Tina Caul, who leads one of the nation's largest teams, Allison Greco, a South Carolina rankings powerhouse, Ashley Bommarito, who oversees an organization of 100 agents, and Anna Powell, who is swamped with coaching appointments to help teams establish systems and processes for reaching new heights.So, we decided to bring the mastermind experience to the Southeast. We wanted to unite the talent of agents who already call this region home and share the desire for big rooms and even bigger ideas. And so, we took action. We may not have known how to organize conferences, but we knew how to connect with fellow agents in new markets.We kicked things off in Beaufort, South Carolina, then Charleston, South Carolina, and now, in just a few days, we're heading to Wilmington, North Carolina. Our plans extend further, with upcoming events in Savannah, Atlanta, Richmond, Asheville, Greenville, all within the next six months.So here we stand: Empowered to help agents grow into leaders, eager to collaborate, ready to share, and determined to invest in the flourishing Southeastern United States real estate community.
