Alexa Kerner is a Yoga Instructor based in NYC, and a graduate of NYU. She studied Yoga at the Maui Yoga Shala and in Costa Rica with "Become a Yogi" (Jonah Kest, Ashley Griffin, Andrew Sealy). Her knowledge spans from Vinyasa to Ashtanga to Yin. Most recently, she added Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowl Healing to her list of offerings (Nicole Rutsch).Alexa's teaching is rooted in yoga as more than just a physical practice, but rather a tool that shows up in all aspects of life. Yoga gives us the power to find ease in the face of whatever comes our way. Alexa encourages her students to surprise themselves with their own strength and to come back to gratitude and breath as a constant. Her classes are athletic, thoughtful, and created to bring students into the highest versions of themselves! Take what you find on your mat back into the world!
