My name is Alice Bowmaker and I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Cyclical Living Mentor and Mixed Modality Healer.I am based in East London, and I currently work with people 1-2-1 IN-PERSON Epping, Chingford, Walthamstow and Leytonstone AND ONLINE.It is my passion to help you to heal your relationship with your body.I have taught over 5,000 hours of Personal Training and Yoga Classes in London.I blend Strength Training with Meditation & YogaI work women who are new to exercise, pregnant, menopausal and working with injuries.I also offer Advanced Reflexology, Lymphatic Massage, Cupping, Deep Tissue Bodywork and Energy Healing
