Hi I'm Karly. I’ve been on a journey to find balance in my life for years. I tried everything conventional and unconventional, hoping to find something that would bring me back to the real ME. The positive, joyful, healthy, and full-of-life-energy woman I knew that I was, but didn’t always shine through. Some tools (yoga, journaling, sunshine) helped in different ways, but when I found Breathwork, everything inside my soul sparked. There was an immediate shift and every cell in my body was in alignment. I experienced profound benefits emotional, physical, and spiritual with Breathwork.
