Amy Quesenberry is a Motivational Speaker and podcast host dedicated to fostering compassion worldwide. After 20 years in corporate HR, she faced personal struggles and developed the Start with Compassion® framework during a three-month hiatus. This innovative approach encourages compassionate actions to improve self-reflection, connections, and overall well-being. With a master’s in organizational leadership, Amy empowers audiences to transform their lives and environments through compassion. Amy has a master’s in organizational leadership, is an organizational development coach, and lives in San Diego, California, with her husband and two dogs.
