We are all walking on our own individual spiritual path, chosen by our soul and set out for us by the Universe. The only question is, are you aware of it?_In 2021, I became conscious that I was on a spiritual path. Knowing this allowed me to watch for the Universe’s messages, and to learn the lessons it was teaching me. The next few years were the most difficult and harrowing time in my life. My soul had chosen a crash course for me, and the Universe was not holding back._When I was ready, I was given the teaching “Let every in-breath be ‘Thank You,’ and every out-breath be ‘I Love You.' Exploring this concept in meditation is what led to the “I AM Infinite Love” breathwork tool, and what changed my life._From my current perspective, I am extremely grateful. While the lessons were difficult, they were exactly what I needed, when I needed them. If anything were different, I would not be where I am now._Now, I am in the best and happiest place of my life. Now I have a deep connection with the energies of love and gratitude. Now I have an unshakeable trust in the Universe, and I see the magic of its unfolding every day. Now I have the ability to add love to any situation that I find myself in._Now I am here to share the experience, knowledge, and tools I’ve gathered from my journey.
