I have practiced meditative and therapeutic breathwork for over fifteen years and in 2020, embarked on a 4-year journey with the AIR school of breathwork, attaining a diploma in Rebirthing breathwork.Deepening my practice over these 4 years, I studied not only Rebirthing techniques but delved deeply into the causative factors of psycho-spiritual trauma, how to harness the power of altered states of consciousness for healing purposes and how to use proven breath-based techniques to shift from victimhood to self-empowered consciousness.I am fully qualified and insured to practice breathwork in a group setting. In my spare time, I enjoy sea-swimming, night swimming and traditional Hatha Yoga. I am also a self-taught Rife practitioner.
