My name is Anna Ugander. I grew up training horses and launched my first business at just 18. My journey then led me into athletics, where I competed at the World Championships in Fitness, followed by a successful corporate career. Through these experiences, I learned the true value of discipline, focus, and inner strength, but I also discovered thatsuccess doesn’t always equal happiness.After experiencing severe burnout in 2000, I felt a deeper calling to live withdeeper meaning and authenticity. This sparked my passion for personal and spiritual growth. I founded AIMin – Conscious Living & Leadership to support entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders on their ownpaths to freedom and fulfillment.Today, I dedicate myself to guiding others throughcoaching, workshops, and retreats worldwide,blendingancient wisdom with modern leadership. My mission is to help others reconnect with theirtrue selves and create lives of purpose, presence, and joy.
