Here's a bit about her:"I’ve been a Yoga Instructor since 2019, became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in 2020 and have had my own personal practice for over 9 years.I believe in living a quality life through wellness. For me physical, mental and spiritual health are of the utmost importance to live a balanced life full of joy and presence.I want to share what I know with you!
