Passionate about people for as long as she can remember, Ashley has been specializing in Human Resources for more than 15 years across a variety of industries. Throughout her career, Ashley has built comprehensive Human Resource functions and worked with senior executives to increase engagement and strategize organizational growth.Ashley founded Involvi Consulting in 2019 with a goal of working with engaged leaders and business owners to improve their HR practices, provide them with ongoing expert solutions and to support their employees to improve working conditions and organizational culture.Ashley fell in love with DisruptHRYEG starting in 2017 working as a volunteer and is ecstatic to now be the Chief Disruptor leading the charge and encouraging disruption among HR pros, business leaders and students in Edmonton.Ashley holds her CPHR and SHRM-SCP designations and her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the U of A.
