Set in the beautiful Cinema Paradiso complex located at sunny Ettalong Beach, Bar Toto was established early in 2013 with one thing in mind – bringing back the old-world charm of wining and dining to the Central Coast. Fronted by Australia’s top 100 cocktail craftsman Peter Clarke, and international pizza competition medalist Jerry Altavilla, Bar Toto is a trattoria serving charcuterie, formagio and cichetti plates.
