With a wealth of experience helping others through challenging situations, as well as the experience of her own battle with cancer, Suzanne was inspired to open her coaching business for clients needing tailored, practical advice and strategies to help them move forward.Many people are still staying silent around the topics of mental health and menopause which can have a significant impact on relationships, careers and wellbeing.Suzanne wants to break that cycle of people going through break-ups and leaving long careers due to stigma, lack of education and not feeling supported or able to talk about both mental health & menopause, and remove the taboos and myths around the subjects.As a trained menopause mentor, divorce & breakup coach and workplace mental health trainer Suzanne believes it’s important for everyone to have comprehensive support when going through challenging situations.Workplace interventions, information and education is vital part of that.It puts you back in the driving seat!Suzanne hosts regular events focussing on these topics, and provides workplace and individual training and coaching.
