Be Natural Music Therapy and Wellness is a nonprofit organization in Cedar Hill, Tx. Our mission is to improve the mental and physical health outcomes of underserved communities-one individual, one family, one community at a time. We facilitate mental health first aid certification training. We also host community drumming workshops to build community, foster self-expression and release stress. We host tai chi/qigong workshops to cultivate mindfulness and develop grounding and relaxation skills.
