My name is Bridget O’Connor and I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist. I currently see clients individually in person at my office in Camp Hill, PA and online over Zoom. I also teach in-person small group workshops. I’m using this online event platform because love to teach. It seems only natural to share the useful information, techniques, and tools I’ve learned over the a lifetime of studying with excellent teachers across a broad spectrum of subjects and modalities. There are so many ways to connect in to the inner resources of your amazing body and mind, tapping into greater function, engagement, and a sense of wholeness and wellbeing.As a teacher and a practitioner, I’ve worn many hats over the years. For many years I helped teach and assess medical students in their physical exam skills, history taking, and interpersonal skills. During those couple of decades I also had my own private practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, CranioSacral therapist, and Somatic practitioner. Last but not least I spent 15 years teaching joyful, sweaty Zumba classes from Vermont to California.In these events I will share will you some of my favorite go-to tools in my toolbox. You’ll learn them by experience as I guide you through, and in the process I’ll explain how and why they work. I hope you’ll join me!
