Bridging Health Duluth

Bridging Health Duluth (BHD) is a coalition of health-focused organizations with the mission: Support a healthier Duluth for all by empowering and uplifting community voice, uniting community stakeholders, and advocating for health equity across all systems.BHD focuses on addressing the root causes of the priority areas identified in Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) as prepared by Duluth’s regional health systems, St. Louis County Public Health and local community-based organizations. The coalition works to improve health outcomes through strategic efforts to raise community voice, hold health systems and other key stakeholders accountable to community needs, build diverse coalitions, and engage in health advocacy and education efforts focused on solution-oriented approaches.
