Touch is a basic human need. We offer sessions for people to give and receive consensual platonic touch, for wellbeing, social inclusion, belonging, nervous system regulation, and relaxation. As part of this, you'll learn more about and communicate your boundaries safely and kindly, and develop recognising and communicating your touch needs, in a safe and structured environment. Everyone is in choice, and all of you is welcome.
