British Car Club of Delaware, Inc.

The objects and purposes for which the corporation is organized are exclusively for pleasure, recreation and other nonprofitable purposes within the meaning of section 50 I ( c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and are to encourage the ownership, operation, and preservation of British motor vehicles. The corporation is empowered to conduct and to promote any lawful activities not inconsistent with this Article. The corporation is not authorized to engage in any activities that are not in furtherance of the objects and purposes stated in this Article.
