I am passionate about facilitating intuitive sound sessions to support relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety and promote overall well-being.My journey into sound therapy began with a personal exploration of the transformative power of sound which inspired me to share this healing approach with others. Now, I work with individuals and groups, using the therapeutic benefits of gongs, singing bowls and tuning forks to create a space for rest, reflection and inner peace. My goal is to provide each participant with a meaningful experience that nurtures both mind and body.
