Caitlin Westgate is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki practitioner with a deep passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. With a heart for inclusivity, she is passionate about creating supportive practices for those who may face mobility challenges, time constraints, or anxiety that may be an obstacle to getting to a studio. Through yoga, sound healing, and mindfulness, Caitlin helps students discover balance, relaxation, and connection—wherever they are on their journey.
