Camp Kaizen is the UK's original immersive outdoor training camp experience.Our mission is bring the most beautiful remote locations in the UK to a fitness community who are passionate about pushing their physical and mental boundaries in a new group environment, whilst giving back to the communities which we operate in.No camp is the same, but each is underpinned by our 3 core training fundamentals:1. Train - Spectacular surroundings define your training on camp. Expect team runs through breath taking landscapes, and group HIIT sessions at both our affiliate and camp-based gyms. Cardiovascular endurance meets natural beauty.2. Explore - Summit local peaks, live the landscape through group hikes, and unlock new levels of physical and mental potential.3. Recover - Recovery is vital to peak performance. Recover effectively through daily plunges in nature’s ice baths, unlimited access to our recovery equipment, high-volume nutritious local produce, and comfortable glamping accommodation.Our 2026 summer season sees us based in the beautiful Lake District National Park.
