Capital Art Therapy LLC

Capital Art Therapy LLC was created in 2019 with a focus of offering creative arts to the New Hampshire Community.Workshop offerings focus on providing a place for people of all ages to explore their creativity, learn art and life skills that they can use outside of being in a traditional counseling setting. These workshops are meant to be informative, engaging, and are not a replacement for individual counseling. They are designed with the purpose to be social, connect with others in a creative forum, foster relationships, and be playful using art materials. No previous art expereince is needed.In addition to these workshops, I provide art therapy and mental health counseling services to all ages including children, adolescents and adults in a private office or in a remote setting. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, and ADHD. My approach in sessions includes using art based techniques to promote understanding and healing, combined with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
