Carly Danielle Yoga is a 200 hour E-RYT based in Tarpon Springs, FL. Carly completed her YTT in 2018 and is on a mission to spread love and light while showing that yoga is for every BODY.Introduced to yoga in a time of need, I fell in love and never looked back. I aim to foster that same love affair for every yogi who practices with me.I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for students of all levels.My teaching philosophy revolves around cultivating a holistic approach to wellness, connecting breath with movement, and fostering self-awareness extending beyond the mat, encouraging mindfulness and self-discovery.Whether you're a beginner seeking foundational knowledge or an experienced yogi refining your practice, I’m honored to guide you through your movement.The light in me honors the light in you.
