Carson is passionate about bringing the healing powers of Breathwork to the world. He is a Breathwork facilitator gifted in holding, tender and safe space.After suffering from chronic illness, Carson found breathwork. It was a life changing discovery:“My health and perception of myself, my purpose and my relationship to the people around me in the world changed dramatically. I still marvel at the sense of connection that comes with something as simple, yet profound as this breathing technique”.Trained in Conscious Connected Breathing with Alchemy of Breath and Edward Dangerfield, Carson continues to explore the adventure and potential of conscious breathwork.Carson invites you to join him, to experience the gift of breathwork. He currently offers online and in person sessions.
