Ceminya Winters

Hello, my name is Ceminya Winters and I am the head baker-owner/operator of Mouthful of Cakes. Mouthful of Cakes is currently an online pick up only bakery that was created in 2018 and is located in Harvey, IL. We specialize in custom cakes and sweets; including but not limited to, cupcakes, cake pops, cake donuts, coated berries, pretzel rods, rice cereal treats and much more. My background includes becoming a mother at the age of 16. I needed to provide for my child and decide fairly quickly what to do with my life. I had a strong intrest in baking, so I enrolled and took a few classes at Moraine Valley Community College in their culinary arts program. Taking classes, confirmed my love for baking, passion for being creative; while developing best practices in the trade and all things sweet. While growing up, I knew I had a gift for working with my hands and building custom cakes was a great outlet of expression. I began practicing and learning from teachers, fellow co-workers, friends and of course youtube and google online trainings. Through many hours and mistakes, I worked hard to perfect my custom creations and am looking forwards the future growth and development of the bakery. I take my work very seriously and can now stand by my product as beautiful pieces of art.We provide a product made to perfection with a proven track record of excellence in quality and customer satisfaction. We believe in taking the time to present our best work with every order, no matter how small. We guarantee and definitely believe in the best taste and balance of sweetness with every bite.
