Ceza Ouzounian is an award winning Level 3 trained Pilates Instructor. She helps her clients feel stronger, fitter and more confident no matter what stage of life they are in. She is also passionate about helping pregnant women stay mobile and strong during their pregnancy and recover after giving birth, so they can enjoy the time with their new baby, instead of being plagued by aches and pains.Ceza brings her wisdom and enthusiasm to every class, encouraging and guiding her clients to a healthier lifestyle. She challenges them but also knows the importance of listening to the body and working within their limits, always giving modifications and alternatives as needed. She knows the powerful mental and physical benefits exercise has and how it can impact every area of life.
