For more than 50 years, the mission of the Christian Service Center has been to provide aid for the hurting people of Central Florida with various programs designed to prevent homelessness, combat poverty, cultivate self-sufficiency, restore hope and glorify God through the faithful provision of services that directly address physical, emotional and spiritual needs for families and individuals who are struggling in Central Florida, regardless of race, religion, age or gender.The Christian Service Center operates solutions-based homeless prevention programs and partners with other social service agencies that serve its mission and address the most critical needs of low-income families and individuals struggling in the Central Florida community. By providing for a person or family with their basic needs for food and clothing, or offering financial assistance during a crisis, we accomplish our mission and help set them on a path with resources towards becoming self-sufficient.
