ABOUT CMSAThe City of Mobile Swim Association offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels - ranging from swim lessons, adult recreation, to elite level training. We work to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. We believe in a building a program from the novice level, and try to make swimming not only a sporting choice but a fun, healthy, lifelong activity.MISSIONThe mission of CMSA is to provide a competitive swimming atmosphere in the Mobile area that services a broad range of ambitions. We offer a program that welcomes all abilities and encourages each individual to achieve his/her maximum potential as athletes and citizens. We want swimmers and parents to expect CMSA to provide an environment where excellence is expected and pursuit of potential is the group goal.PHILOSOPHYThe philosophy of all CMSA staff members is directed toward the long-term development of each athlete. Competitive swimming is not a sport in which short-term gains are the primary reward.
