Charlene is a spiritual midwife who is passionate about helping others to "birth their dreams and determine the answer to "Why they were born." Charlene Johnson is the Co-Founder/Pastor ofReal Life Transformation Center (RLTC), a non-profit organization that is designed to train others to discover their gift and serve their gift to humanity.Charlene has a heart for women and is the founder of Dream Gurlz Network which is a group of women that are passionate about finding their voice and releasing it to their audience. She is also the founder of the newly launched B.A.B.Y Experience seminar that is designed to inspire others to “Become A Better You!” Charlene has a passion to see women discover their distinction and become the diamond that they were created to be. She is well known for lighting the fire within a person verses lighting the fire underneath. Charlene is a leader of leaders, trainer of trainers, master motivator and sought after conference speaker.Professionally, Charlene has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and is an Asst. Manager, Caritas Coach, and Heart Math Trainer for her organization. Charlene is the innovator of The Care Ambassador program for Health Care Professionals dealing with Compassion fatigue and burnout. She is well known for lighting the fire within a person verses lighting the fire underneath. As a Heart Math trainer, Charlene is actively training leaders and staff in her organization--The Resilience Advantage-- skills for personal and professional effectiveness.She is a loving and devoted wife and tag team partner with her husband, Don and the mother of three anointed children; Malcolm, Dominique, and Nehemiah.Charlene Johnson also has over 22 years of Nursing, Leadership, & Coaching experience. As a Certified Caritas Coach and Heart Math trainer, she inspires teams and individuals to be the highest expression of themselves, through transforming self and systems one person, one heartbeat, and one system at a time. Her ability to touch the hearts and minds of the people as she facilitates sessions that empower employees and leaders to increase personal resilience, rediscover their why, and transform to a higher version of themselves. Charlene is passionate about assisting the health care professional to transform themselves so that they can transform the systems in which they work. She is known as a leader who leads with her heart, while empowering others to be the best.
