COMMUNITY Cares & Community 4:12 have united under one umbrella. Combining COMMUNITY Cares teams with Community 4:12 partnerships, like Giftmart and World Relief, positions us to catalyze restoration in our communities in new and exciting ways. Under the COMMUNITY Cares banner we'll work to: PROVIDE RELIEF by meeting the immediate needs of our community; DEVELOP PEOPLE through nurturing relationships; and work towards SYSTEMIC TRANSFORMATION in areas of Education, Race, Poverty & Incarceration. COMMUNITY Cares is a ministry of Community Christian Church.
