Contact Yoga

Anjuli Mahendra and Alok Rocheleau have been teaching together for 12 years bringing deliciously deep and nourishing practices that cultivate connection and presence. Their unique teaching style seamlessly weaves together the practices of yoga, contact dance, Animal Flow and Thai Massage. In their classes and retreats, they explore a wide range of movement and touch, from dynamic to therapeutic. You will gain skills to align your body in supporting others as well as tools to be more responsive and flexible in body and mind. There is a resonance that happens through touch that is beyond words and involves a deep listening. By cultivating these heart-centered and somatic practices, we open to greater levels of joy, freedom, and presence.
