We provide innovative leadership training and tools to get on common ground, break stigmas, and cultivate stronger, more resilient communities.ABOUT CORE LEADERSHIP:Core Leadership is a 501(c)(3) and was founded to address the unique challenges faced by first responders in accessing professional development. The demanding hours, financial barriers, and societal stigmas often prevent first responders from receiving the same opportunities for growth and leadership development as leaders in other fields, such as those in Fortune 100 companies.Our mission extends beyond first responders; we believe civilians also benefit from development opportunities that enhance understanding, build empathy, and strengthen relationships with those who serve their communities.
