I’m Adriana, your guide on the path of yoga, meditation, and breathwork. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago and has since transformed my mental and physical health, leading to greater awareness and spiritual growth. This profound impact inspired me to share the magic of yoga and meditation with others, aiming to enhance their well-being and provide tools for self-discovery and personal development.My training began at the Doron Yoga and Zen Centre in Guatemala with my teacher Doron Hanoch, followed by extensive travels through South and Central America, India, Nepal, and Thailand. I taught yoga and meditation as a volunteer, focusing on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin traditions. I also dedicated over four months to silent meditation retreats and teachings with various spiritual mentors, deepening my practice and honing my techniques.I am currently based in Edinburgh where I offer classes at Art and Spirituality CIC centre and as a part of Queer Yoga Edinburgh.In my classes, you will find a blend of Ashtanga and Vinyasa flows, complemented by meditation and breathwork for a holistic experience. Additionally, I offer Yin yoga sessions with restorative elements and Traditional Thai Yoga massage techniques.As a trauma-informed teacher, I emphasize safety and inclusivity, welcoming students of all fitness levels, body types, personalities, and genders.
