Create Art & Wellness is a private wellness practice established in 2019 by Emily Natale (she/her), a Creative Embodiment Educator, Registered Art Therapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. We're on a mission to break the barriers of art - reminding us all of the power of art for personal growth and collective healing. Emily offers individual art therapy, integrative mental health counseling, expressive arts workshops, art therapy groups, lectures, and e-learning courses.
