Helping you find and create success.When I was 8, I dreamt about travelling, a successful career and an exciting life even though bullying at school made me hide myself at the back of the room hoping no-body would notice me.When I started work, I knew that if any of my dreams were to come true then I would need to change. Being scared to ask a question meant being over-looked for promotion and deep down I felt I could do better. Slowly, with the help of personal development books and friends I became more out-going and confident. I overcame my fears to reach for my stars. So now I have travelled the world, I have worked in management for large corporates and I have a buzzing social life with friends who love and respect me.My interest in personal development never stopped, and, alongside my corporate career, I have trained in aromatherapy massage, EFT and breathwork. I became a meditation leader and this lead me to become an ICF accredited coach. Alongside my day job I ran workshops to help people overcome their fears and beliefs so they could change the course of their lives to feel happier, more in control and fulfilled.My coaching embodies the belief that the mind affects the body and the body affects the mind. We can’t just think ourselves out of our beliefs but have to shake them from our bodies too. I do this through breathwork, meditation and EFT. I also believe that looking after our general wellness and resilience including how we cope with stress and day to day life is important for us to feel fulfilled and happy. I love helping people find calm in their lives as well, as reaching for their stars.I want to help YOU achieve your dreams and ambitions by becoming a stronger, calmer and more confident you.
